SPICED ROSE SHORTBREAD

This combination was inspired by a trip I made to Ecuador in 2010. We visited a rose farm, and unbeknownst to me at the time, Ecuador is well known around the world for their exceptional roses. This spiced shortbread is finished with white chocolate drizzles and rose petals.  Made fresh, in small batches with only natural flavouring and premium ingredients.
