The red rose symbolizes romance, love, beauty, and courage. This melt-in-your-mouth shortbread is created with a vanilla base and a hint of chai, with finishing touch of white chocolate drizzles and rose petals.  Made fresh, in small batches with only natural flavouring and premium ingredients.

Baker's Note: This combination was inspired by a trip I made to Ecuador in 2010. We visited a rose farm, and unbeknownst to me at the time, Ecuador is well known around the world for their exceptional roses.
