MOCHA Cake

This delicious moist chocolate cake, topped with whipped mocha buttercream and chocolate sprinkles, makes a delicious after-dinner dessert or an anytime of the day snack. Baked and served in a 6" x 8" pan, it is portable and a convenient addition to a potluck gathering.

This cake is best eaten right away, but it can be refrigerated and enjoyed within 3 days, or can be frozen and thawed when needed within two weeks.
